Info

Natural stone is a product of Nature, so there may be variations to its hue or general aspect. Concerning its dimension, tolerance is defined by EU norms.

Finishes

Polished

This smooth and shiny effect brings out the natural colors, as its specific characteristics (veins, grain, others). It creates a completely suave surface, slippery when in contact with water.

Honed

Smooth finish, soft and flat, not shiny with a less pronounced contrast between elements. Highlights the true color of the material without the brightness of the Polished finish.

Bush-hammered

This non-skid and rough finish is especially suitable for flooring and external cladding. It slightly cancels out the color of the materials.

Recommended

The most common finishings (Polished, Honed and Bush-hammered) are right for this type of natural stone.

Contact with acid substances must be avoided, for these may affect the shine and surface of the stone.

The more this stone is polished, the more its color will be visible (bringing out any veins).

Any contact with bleach may lead to orange spots that are extremely hard to remove.
